This project is a classic example of an established brick-mortar business repositioning as an Online Brand in its niche. EasyDrySystems deals with manual clothes drying systems for every household. Coupled with simple technology and ingenious design, this product penetrated the Pune market (their flagship territory) immediately through word of mouth and offline advertising. It was a pioneering effort by their team and also earned them the MCCIA Innovation of the Year award.
The challenge?
Through careful business analysis, audience definition and brand image creation, ZYT has successfully established EasyDry as the Numero Uno brand in clothes drying systems. The company has also received orders from corporate institutions, govt organizations and offshore customers through their online presence.
Under ZYT’s “Preferred Online Partner Program” (3-year agreement) – EasyDry will get complete support and statistical analytics for online business improving on sales, market penetration and global growth.
