Plus, it is always good to understand what you are investing in.
At first glance, the Search Atlas dashboard appears new and different, significantly different from what I am used to. I have primarily worked with Semrush, Ahrefs, and Surfers, and an all-black background interface felt a bit weird, to be honest.
But that does not affect the usability of the Search Atlas dashboard in any way. The features are accessible from the left sidebar, which includes these eight features:
Using any of the features is not difficult, but it is surely overwhelming and confusing for the first few days. I needed 3 days to just get familiar with this new interface and a complicated layout, especially the content tab.

To test the Search Atlas keyword research, I analyzed the potential for the keyword “Who will be the next James Bond?”
For this, Search Atlas displays a range of metrics, including keyword difficulty, average monthly searches, total search volume, historical search volume, global search volume, keyword variations, related keywords, questions related to the keyword, and more essential information you typically receive.
What stood out is this chart in their keyword research feature, which shares a historical graph of rankings for the keyword, along with details on domain diversity for the top rankings and the overall top-ranking pages and their performance for the selected keyword.
It surely helps to track the top-ranking pages over a period of time to understand, and it is a great addition that I liked.
For its content optimization features, Search Atlas offers something called ‘Content Genius,’ an AI SEO content writer that can generate well-optimized content with links, keyword variation, and relevance with just a few clicks.
Using the folder settings, you can set up a proper SOP for Search Atlas, which will take care of the website’s purpose, search intent, default audience, audience location, voice, author profile, and all the elements that a well-experienced content writer would typically follow.

Another major concern that is worth noticing is that the OTTO SEO automation can be a little daunting. Search Atlas does not give any guarantees, nor does it explicitly mention how it will not cause any issues on your website.
