Digital Symphony has started 2026 with seven new business wins, six of which come from the property development sector.
The new clients include MRCB, Chin Hin Property, 1 Pavilion, TSR Capital, ParkCity Group, Shayher Group, and Watson-Marlow. The agency has also secured four additional projects from existing clients.
With the latest wins, Digital Symphony now works with 70% of Malaysia’s top 10 property developers and 60% of the top 20, reinforcing its position in the sector.
The scope of work will span lead generation, performance marketing, web development and consultancy, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes across the property buyer journey.
Alongside the new business growth, the agency is also expanding its AI capabilities.
Kuhan Kumar, CEO of Digital Symphony, said the agency is increasing its investment in AI-driven solutions as demand grows for more efficient and scalable marketing performances.
“AI is becoming a key lever in improving campaign efficiency and lead quality. Our focus is on applying it in ways that directly impact business outcomes for developers,” he said.
The company has also set up DS AI Labs, a dedicated unit focused on developing agentic and generative AI solutions for the property marketing ecosystem. One of the tools in development is an AI-powered lead nurturing platform designed to manage enquiries from first contact through to appointment scheduling using natural language interactions.
The move comes as property developers continue to place a greater emphasis on digital channels and performance-driven marketing to drive sales.
